Simply stunning --- The sophisticated silhouette, a combination of an A-line and mermaid, is emphasized by the attached cape. The cedar green stretch crepe is a muted emerald green hue. The skirt is finished with a double needle cover stitch. Cut skirt to desired length. Finish with double needle cover stitch. To hem the jersey lining, use a double needle cover stitch to finish hem. Cut the same amount for the lining as you cut from the self.
