Hem Tips
To hem this skirt, it is important to maintain proportions. Separate skirt where lace meets first band. Cut top skirt to desired length. Rejoin top and bottom sections of skirt. To hem the jersey lining, use a double needle cover stitch to finish hem. Cut the same amount for the lining as you cut from the self.
