Made in our classic neoprene fabric, this off-shoulder sheath features a long ruffle that extends right under the bosom. The floral printed dress is trimmed in a simple black lace. Wear with your strappy black heels and a bold red lip.

The skirt is finished with a double needle cover stitch. Cut skirt to desired length. Finish with double needle cover stitch. To hem the jersey lining, use a double needle cover stitch to finish hem. Cut the same amount for the lining as you cut from the self.
