To hem, cut skirt to desired length. Finish with merrowed edge. Merrowing is the process of wrapping thread around fabric, yielding an elegant, narrow and uniform stitch. To hem the jersey lining, cut the same amount for the lining as you cut from the self. Use a double needle coverstitch to finish hem.
